Footprint to Freedom collaborated with Finance Against Slavery & Trafficking (FAST) and the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) Malta, which has strengthened our fight against human trafficking and financial crimes. Survivors face challenges in rebuilding their lives, including financial stability. Financial institutions should adopt holistic approaches, provide trauma-informed financial services, and prioritize survivor inclusion. Banks should see survivor inclusion as a valuable investment, leveraging their experiences to improve products and services.
